Payment can be made at the salon, cash or by card.

If you make the payment by bank transfer, please confirm the operation at the email address: office@balinessespa.ro. The language used in our salon is English. Our therapists understand Romanian, but do not speak it fluently.

After each session / treatment the shower can be used. Towels, bathrobe and slippers are provided by us.

In order to protect the clients of our wards, we reserve the right to refuse patients with transmissible dermatological diseases.

Confirmation of an appointment implies the assumption of responsibility for attending the massage session and confirms that the scheduled person is fit to receive the requested service.

The client declares that they will fully and accurately inform the staff of any relevant medical conditions. Based on the information provided by the client and within the limits of the law, the therapists and staff of Balinese Spa shall not be held liable for any injuries, adverse reactions, or complications resulting from undeclared medical conditions or from incomplete or inaccurate information.

The massage services provided are complementary in nature and do not replace professional medical consultation or treatment.
